Awareness is Key
It’s incredibly hard to change something we’re not aware of. This is true for our behaviors, our patterns, our thoughts… even the subtle ways we show up in our daily lives. As I prepare to begin another round of ✨ Elevate: 50 Days to Transformation ✨ —created by Dr. East and facilitated by Cheryl and myself—I’ve found myself reflecting. I recently went back and read through my previous workbook… And I was genuinely moved. After just one week, I had written about feeling moody, agitated, and tired—things I hadn’t fully realized I was carrying until I slowed down enough to notice. By week two, everything began to shift. I felt more grounded. More resilient. I had released 7 pounds, but more importantly—I felt energized, clear, and balanced. And as the weeks went on, the awareness—and transformation—only deepened. But here’s the honest part… Somewhere along the way months after I finished the program, I slipped back into a bit of a slumber. Easter came with chocolate eggs, bun...
